Sound a bit redundant? I think this is the year of Do - Overs. I know I'd like to have a do - over of things I did this year. Including many things pertaining to health and fitness.
Here's a few things I could do better:
- drink more water daily
- drink more water daily consistently
- eat less junk food
- eat more veggies
- train harder
- take my vitamins on a more regular basis
- sleep or at least work at sleep harder
- relax and chill to take the stress out
